Vaughan Elementary Family Science Night! October 26, 2010, 6:30-8pm
PLEASE CONTACT RACHEL STAMPER WITH ANY QUESTIONS. 
This year's program is all new...featuring 2 amazing science shows, plus lots of messy hands-on science experiments! Rules: 1. Pre-registration is required! No one will be admitted without pre-registering! 2. Non-Vaughan family members between ages 4-18 are welcome to participate, but must be pre-registered. 3. Please submit only one registration per family. 4. Tickets will be sent home in the folder of your oldest Vaughan student. 5. Parents must accompany their children to Family Science Night and must remain with them for all activities. Unaccompanied children will be asked to sit and wait for parent pick-up. 6. By registering for Family Science Night, you agree that you are solely responsible for your family’s actions and their safety at the event and you indemnify Vaughan Elementary School and its PTSA for any accident or injury that result from participation in the event.
Science Night Registration Form Directions: You may submit a Registration Form one of two ways... 1. Click on "Email Registration Form". 2. Type in the necessary information on the form and save to your computer. 3. Attach form to an email and send to Rachel@RachelStamper.com (Subject Line: Science Night Registration Form) EMAIL REGISTRATION FORM OR 1. Click on "Print Registration Form". 2. Print out the form and handwrite the necessary information. 3. Send in the completed registration form with your student and have him/her place it in the basket in the front office labeled "Science Night".
